Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for unused products. Please:
  1. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery

  3. Return items in their original packaging
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
What if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging each handmade tile and adhesive product, occasionally damage can occur in transit. If this happens:

  2. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging

Can I exchange my tiles for a different style?
