You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Adhesive products (opened containers)
- Grout (mixed or opened packages)
- Outdoor Fixing solutions that have been used
- Custom-cut tiles or Handmade items made to your specifications
