We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your project timelines:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium tile collections including our marble-effect tiles, crackle glaze finishes, and handmade feature wall pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned:
- Adhesive products (opened containers)
- Grout (mixed or opened packages)
- Outdoor Fixing solutions that have been used
- Custom-cut tiles or Handmade items made to your specifications
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Special instructions for your items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely package items in original packaging
- Clearly mark return authorization number on package
- For exchanges, include note specifying replacement product
- We recommend using trackable shipping (DHL or FedEx)
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Exchanges: Replacement items shipped within 1-2 business days
Refund Information
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
